How It All Started
It all started when I asked myself a simple question: “If I continue living my life the way I am now, what will my life look like in 10, 20, or 30 years?” And the answer scared me to death. I saw myself as a grossly overweight person, unable to walk properly with a dependence on others for my daily needs. That was absolutely not the person I wanted to be.
I realised that my mother, at 74, was still actively helping others, and I knew that wouldn’t be me if I continued down my same path.
That’s when I decided to take control of my life and make positive changes to create the future I wanted to see.
How To Get Out Of The Fog is about self-discipline, self-love, and self-care. I share my own relatable anecdotes to help others overcome obstacles, stay disciplined, and achieve their goals.

Hi, my name is Tatiana. I was born in Poland, and now I live in Australia. I am a fully certified Bioresonance practitioner and have been passionate about Bioresonance since I was first introduced to it in Poland.
I am also a passionate user of the Healy device, which I recommend to my clients to support their well-being and other practitioners to support their practice and clients.
I am passionate about helping others improve their health and well-being. I am dedicated to using my skills and knowledge to make a positive difference in the lives of my clients, and I am always looking for ways to improve and expand my practice.
